    Chris Hart

    Founder / CEO

    Chris is driven by his passion to develop and deliver new business and technology solutions to our constantly changing world. Based in San Francisco, and embedded in the deep startup culture that exists in the Bay Area, he has worked in the software and technology space as an entrepreneur, technologist, and consultant for over 10 years. As a founding member of the team and trueAnthem's CEO, Chris is the visionary behind the company's technical and business strategies, and is responsible for leading the team through end-to-end product execution. In 2009, Chris filed a US patent in the area of identifying and determining the strength of social influence through a technical methodology and mapping process which propels trueAnthem's unique offering.

    Prior to establishing trueAnthem, Chris founded and served as CEO and Chairman of Innercircuit, Inc., a SaaS-based online rent payment and social networking company serving the real estate industry. Chris was responsible for Innercircuit's fundraising, business development, and product execution, an experience that also allowed him to hone his entrepreneurial skills. Chris has extensive business and technology consulting experience. In consulting roles, he was responsible for leading the development of a bio-terrorism notification system for the United States federal and state governments, as well as implementing a worldwide enterprise workflow and collaboration solution for Novellus Systems, Inc., a leading provider of advanced process equipment for the semiconductor industry.

    Chris is a recognized leader and technology expert in consumer and enterprise software, eCommerce, digital media, social media, CRM, analytics, and Internet consumer behavior. He holds a BS in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University.

    Joshua Pink

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Josh’s employment history speaks largely to strategy and corporate development -- from startup revenue production to large-scale business process reengineering and organizational design. He brings 10+ years post-MBA, senior executive-level expertise in corporate strategy, business development, marketing, product development & distribution as well as competitive intelligence.

    Prior to joining trueAnthem, Josh served as an Advisor for several start-ups as well as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Global Development for panel provider uSamp. The vast majority of Josh’s career includes 6 years building SAAS-based private online community provider Think Passenger, Inc. where he served as the company’s Vice President of Business Development and was responsible for leading the team in sales and partnership growth, as well as 5 years in the Financial Services Industry working as the Vice President of Strategy Development for Washington Mutual, Inc. During his tenure at the bank, Josh helped overhaul it’s online trading platform, launch a financial planning program, develop new investment products as well as oversee customer satisfaction/loyalty and internet divisions ensuring successful operational and financial performance. Though he rarely admits to it, Josh even spent a couple of years in the Entertainment Industry for a couple of boutique law firms.

    Amongst peers and colleagues, Josh is viewed as a dynamic and goal oriented strategic business leader with proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow bottom line. Josh holds an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business & Management as well as a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

    Joe Wilkerson

    Director of Technology

    Joe is our Director of Technology managing our technology team. He has built the databases for trueAnthem as well as implemented the algorithms that track the viral behavior of our social networks. Joe has degrees in mathematics and computer science. In previous lives he has been a musician, artilleryman, teacher, programmer and IT Director.

    Jennifer Silverman

    Senior Account Director

    Jennifer has 14 years of Client Services experience in the advertising and marketing space. At trueAnthem, she insures that all clients receive exceptional support and results. Prior to joining trueAnthem, she worked at large advertising agencies Team One, Dentsu and Saatchi & Saatchi where she managed marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation for brands such as Lexus, Toyota and Canon. Jennifer has a BA in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

    Sarah Fay

    Director / Advisor

    A veteran of the media services industry, Sarah has developed and implemented groundbreaking new models for advertising and media. Over the course of her 20 year career, Sarah has become a well-known voice in the advertising industry on the topics of digital marketing and media integration. As CEO of Aegis Media North America she helped to build one of the most recognized digital companies in the world through a combination of acquisitions, new business wins, and organic growth. As President of Carat Interactive and then President of Isobar, Sarah orchestrated the successful acquisitions and merging of several companies including Lot21, Vizium, Freestyle Interactive, Molecular, iProspect, Ammo and Bluestreak. Sarah is also responsible for launching Isobar Mobile, a highly regarded mobile marketing entity.

    Andrew Wing

    Advisor

    Andy Wing is Chairman of the Executive Committee, Board Member and co-Chief Executive Officer of Fuel Industries. Fuel is a digital studio based in Los Angeles, CA and Ottawa, Canada providing services and products to advertisers as well as creating original entertainment content.

    Previously, Mr. Wing served as President and Chief Executive Officer of VNU’s Nielsen Entertainment overseeing a global portfolio of Companies servicing the Film, Television, Home Entertainment, Music, Book Publishing and Video Game space. During this tenure, he was also Chairman of Entertainment Data Inc, National Research Group (NRG), SoundScan and BookData as well as a member of the VNU Media Measurement Executive Board. Prior to being acquired by VNU, Mr. Wing served as Managing Director, Global Entertainment for ACNielsen.

    Before joining Nielsen, Mr. Wing spent over twelve years at American Express in key general management, marketing, finance and business development roles.

    In addition, Mr. Wing oversees an investment fund focused on media and entertainment, mobile technology, and information services. He is Chairman of Runtriz, the global leader in mobile hospitality technology platforms.

    Mr. Wing is a former partner at global financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald, having overseen their entertainment practice as President & CEO, Cantor Entertainment, which included The Hollywood Stock Exchange. In this capacity, Andy participated in assisting the Firm secure federal approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) for the Cantor Exchange.

    Mr. Wing has served on the Board of publicly traded Prolink Holdings and the New Technologies committee for the American Film Institute.

    Mr. Wing has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Hofstra University in New York.

    Eileen Schefsky

    IP Advisor

    Eileen is trueAnthem’s lead intellectual property advisor and is responsible for overseeing the company’s IP strategy and patent filings. Eileen is currently Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Hewlett-Packard. Eileen oversees HP’s Cloud Services open source and related intellectual property strategy. Prior to HP, Eileen was lead Open Source Legal Strategist at Sun Microsystems / Oracle Corporation, where she led, managed and supported numerous projects including Java, OpenSolaris, MySQL, OpenOffice, and NetBeans. At Sun Microsystems, Eileen led product integration of $4 billion acquisition of StorageTek and co-led cross-functional legal integration of $1 billion acquisition of MySQL.

    Phil Hui-Bon-Hoa

    Serial Entrepreneur Phil Hui-Bon-Hoa has spent 20+ years in the high technology industry, most recently as Founder and C.E.O. of Kaleo Software, a next-generation enterprise collaboration provider. He has built from the ground up and successfully sold four software and services companies to large, publicly traded corporations based in the United States. He is currently a Director of Kaleo Software and Jetalon Solutions, a precision analytics and instrumentation company serving the Semiconductor and Biopharmaceutical markets.
